Responsibilities
- Design and build delightful, intuitive user experiences for mobile that redefine how people interact with AI.
- Focus on pixel-perfect UI, animations, and interactions to ensure a magical, seamless experience.
- Build highly performant systems with attention to memory, CPU, and GPU usage where every millisecond counts.
- Drive technical and product decisions in collaboration with AI researchers and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art models globally.
- Own complex features end-to-end, from architecture through App Store deployment, with emphasis on speed and scalability.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Swift and strong experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Proficient in performance optimization (memory, CPU, GPU) and using low-level tools to deliver high-performance systems.
- Experience designing and shipping intuitive, pixel-perfect mobile UIs.
- Skilled in concurrency and reactive programming (Combine) for responsive, real-time applications.
- Experience integrating with APIs (REST, gRPC) or consuming AI model outputs and building high-throughput integrations.
- Ability to own features end-to-end including App Store deployment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem and related development tools.
- Experience with Rust for backend components.
- Experience with AVFoundation for real-time audio processing.
- Track record of shipping standout apps or notable features.
- Strong product sense and ability to empathize with users and translate needs into valuable features.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results quickly; speed is a core value.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $180,000 - $440,000 USD
