Information about the position

As Pricing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for effective execution of operational processes and ensuring quality of deliverables. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and operational improvements.

You will be in the prominent position toestablish the best practices for operational tasks and onboard manual processes currently handled by pricing analysts.

You will report directly to the Pricing Operations Team Leader and work closely with pricing analysts to reduce campaign launch times and errors.

In this position, you’ll

  • Manage and fulfil pricing operational tasks.
  • Perform updates in internal systems and trackers in accordance to processes.
  • Create, improve and document pricing operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist with the automation of manual processes currently managed by pricing analysts.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of deliverables.

About you

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in operations, project management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation.
  • Some experience in data analysis and relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, pricing software).
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • High attention to detail and operational diligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Good at problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent English language, both written and spoken.
  • Advantage: Experience in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
