Information about the position

As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting solutions that meet our users' needs. In this position you will work closely with a group of Product Designers focused on evolving the Vinted experience and partner up with cross-functional peers, including Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Engineers.

You will be working within our Help Experience domain on a mission to empower our Customer Support agents to provide best in class customer experience. You will have an opportunity to shape internal agent tooling, contribute to optimising and improving processes to reduce active handling time, full resolution time, also improve response relevancy, quality of response, and increase member satisfaction.

In this position, you’ll

  • Be part of a marketplace domain and report to the Help Experience Product Design Manager.
  • Join a cross-functional team to be the voice of our members and Customer Support Agents, define problems and goals, map flows, prototype interactions, and support the development process.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, product, and design system teams, applying the best design practices to make improvements on what and how we communicate to our members.
  • Collaborate with content designers to oversee communication consistency and cohesiveness.
  • Partner up with other designers from other domains to work on initiatives that keep raising design quality and user-centeredness maturity.
  • Conduct usability tests to assess and validate design ideas. Collaborate with User Researchers on discovery and generative studies.
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-functional partners.

About you

  • Strong experience designing and shipping web products and mobile native apps.
  • Good understanding of the design process, discovery and delivery.
  • Designing with qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Solid Interaction design, visual design and evaluative user research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English.
  • A strong collaborator with cross-functional peers.
