About the Role
As a PM Lead you will be responsible for product strategy and execution while managing and growing a team of product managers. You will deliver products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge, and help shape both the product roadmap and the product team. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners.
Responsibilities
- Spend time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
- Develop key parts of the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with product vision
- Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders
- Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow
Requirements / About you
- 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises
- Experience spanning customer-facing surfaces/features and internal capabilities/services; experience on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus
- Strong technical background and excellent analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Learning and growth mindset; mission-first orientation
- Early adopter of building with or adopting AI; excited to help customers accelerate AI adoption
Location
- Hybrid role (3β4 days a week in one of the San Francisco Bay Area offices)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $210,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
