Responsibilities
- Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
- Develop key parts of the product roadmap, aligning customers’ needs with the product vision.
- Empower the team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow rapidly.
- Develop new technologies and product features spanning explainable/transparent AI systems, identification and prevention of AI risk vectors, and observability, security, and privacy features around AI agents and underlying data.
Requirements / About you
- 8+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
- Strong technical background and experience with both UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and 3rd party product partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional partners.
- Learning and growth mindset; mission-first orientation measured by product and team success.
Location & Office Policy
- This role is hybrid: 4 days a week in one of our San Francisco Bay Area offices.
Compensation & Benefits
- The standard base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
