What began as the industry’s most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. Glean’s Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map relationships between people, content, and activity to deliver personalized, context-aware responses. The platform supports flexible LLM choice, 100+ enterprise SaaS connectors, robust APIs, and agentic capabilities that automate real work across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
  • Develop key parts of the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with product vision.
  • Provide context, set direction, and build alignment to empower the team.
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Build scalable processes as the team and company grow.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises, with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations.
  • Strong technical background with experience across UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills and a learning/growth mindset.
  • Mission-first orientation; success is measured by product and team impact.

Role focus

  • Develop technologies and product features for explainable/transparent AI systems.
  • Identify and prevent AI risk vectors and build observability, security, and privacy features around AI agents and underlying data.
  • Ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack with enterprise trust and governance features.

Location & Office Policy

This role is hybrid: 4 days a week in the San Francisco office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $160,000 - $280,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
