About Glean:

Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. What began as the industry’s most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business.

At its core, Glean is redefining how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge. Its Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map relationships between people, content, and activity, delivering deeply personalized, context-aware responses. This foundation powers Glean’s agentic capabilities—AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing enterprise and world data, structured and unstructured, historical and real-time.

About the Role

As Glean’s PM for Glean Model Hub, you will evaluate LLM models, define the roadmap for growing Glean’s LLM portfolio, manage relationships with inference and model providers, and determine product strategy for allowing customers to experiment with different LLMs. You will own projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning while driving customer enablement and their upgrade adoption journey for the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs.
  • Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with product vision.
  • Provide context, set direction, and build alignment for your team.
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow.
  • Evaluate LLM models and manage relationships with inference and model providers.
  • Own projections of LLM usage, cost estimation, and capacity planning.
  • Drive customer enablement and adoption for new LLMs and LLM-native features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises.
  • Experience spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities.
  • Familiarity with building or working with LLMs for at-scale products is a major plus.
  • Strong technical background and experience with both UX and API-driven products.
  • Experience with 3rd-party product partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills and a learning/growth mindset.
  • Early adopter mentality with experience building with or adopting AI in product craft.

This role is hybrid (3–4 days a week in one of our SF Bay Area offices).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $160,000 - $240,000 annually.
  • Compensation determined by location, level, knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • Benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, generous time-off policy, 401(k) contribution opportunity, a home office improvement stipend, annual education and wellness stipends, regular company events, and daily healthy lunches.
