About Glean:
Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. What began as the industry’s most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business.
At its core, Glean is redefining how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge. Its Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map relationships between people, content, and activity, delivering deeply personalized, context-aware responses. This foundation powers Glean’s agentic capabilities — AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing a broad range of data: enterprise and world, structured and unstructured, historical and real-time.
About the role
Glean is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to help define and build the emerging Enterprise Intelligence product area. This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product strategy. You will help shape how Glean turns its enterprise context layer into proactive, high-value intelligence products that help leaders and teams understand what is changing, where value is being created or lost, and where to act.
You will work closely with the Product lead and cross-functional partners across engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to identify the right product bets, bring structure to an ambiguous opportunity space, and translate enterprise intelligence concepts into concrete product experiences. This is a lean product team and the role is expected to have an outsized impact on roadmap and team formation. The role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience, strong technical fluency, and demonstrated granular product implementation skills (designing specific UIs and workflows).
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence; translate company vision into specific product bets, experiences, and execution plans.
- Spend significant time with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand high-value enterprise intelligence use cases.
- Build products that turn Glean’s enterprise context layer, graph, and connected system intelligence into actionable workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and proactive experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to turn ambiguous concepts into well-scoped products with clear user flows, interaction patterns, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive customer-focused prioritization and efficient execution, balancing long-term platform opportunities with urgent user pain points and strategic customer asks.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, solutions, support, and forward-deployed teams to learn from real customer problems and ensure product strategy reflects enterprise realities.
- Establish product foundations for a new category, defining Enterprise Intelligence across proactive insights, organizational visibility, process understanding, and cross-functional decision support.
- Specify concrete workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths to ensure high product craft and real-world adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping meaningful product areas in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics products, or workflow/intelligence platforms.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product experiences; comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
- Deep interest in AI and enterprise software; excited to shape products combining context, workflows, analytics, and proactive intelligence.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering with engineering and data teams on systems involving structured and unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers.
- Demonstrated granular product thinking about workflows, interaction models, and sequencing capabilities for adoption.
- Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous spaces and creating clarity, momentum, and alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results; effective cross-functional collaborator; learning and growth mindset.
Location & Office Policy
- This role is hybrid: 4 days a week in the Mountain View office (Mountain View, CA, United States).
Compensation & Benefits
- Standard base salary range: $170,000 - $250,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage; generous time-off policy; opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan; home office improvement stipend; annual education and wellness stipends; regular company events; and daily healthy lunches.
Interview / AI-First Mindset
- AI fluency is core at Glean. As part of the interview process, candidates will complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion to demonstrate how they think about, design, and use AI to drive impact in the role.
Privacy & Legal
- Applicants are subject to Glean’s Global Data Privacy Notice and, for US applicants, to the Applicant Arbitration Agreement as outlined in the job posting.
