Information about the position

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Vinted Go Network Product team, focused on building technology that connects 70+ carriers into a unified shipping platform across Europe, the US, and soon beyond. Our products power carrier integrations, recommendation engines, shipping fraud prevention, automated claims coverage, and end to end shipping orchestration. You will be part of a dedicated cross-functional product team, working closely with engineers, decision scientists, internal and external commercial partners to ensure Vinted members have the best possible shipping experience wherever they are. For the first 12 months one of your major priorities will be Working with other PMs in the group to improve post shipping experience for the Vinted user and reduce shipping related product/policy frictions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role.

In this position, you’ll

• Own the roadmap and strategy for your area
• Lead problem definition, product discovery, development, and launch
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business, operations, and external partners to identify and solve the most impactful shipping pain points
• Measure impact and continuously improve based on data and member insights

About you

• Hands-on experience in product or project management
• Ambitious to grow and continuously improve your product craft
• Comfortable driving clarity and alignment in ambiguous environments
• Able to combine qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to define success
• Able to keep structure and track multiple deliverables across different internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude
• Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
• Bonus: experience working with technical teams, or some level of technical expertise

The gross monthly salary range for this position is: €4.467 — €6.042 EUR
