Our Tribe Operational Risk & Integrity Solutions (ORIS) sits at the core of Rabobank and has the purpose to manage and oversee the Operational Risks and to safeguard Integrity by delivering integrated IT & Data platforms. Tribe ORIS brings together around 135 professionals that are involved in the Areas of Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Audit, Regulatory & Risk Framework, Model Risk and the Chapters Tech, Architecture and Data.

You and your job

As Product Owner (PO) Structured Dashboards & Reports you will have a pivotal role in delivery of integrated actionable and valuable insights for Business Intelligence purposes. The insights presented in dashboards are used by our stakeholders mentioned above and by 1st, 2nd and 3rd Lines, and also for external regulatory reporting requirements.

Your squad called “Structured Dashboards & Reports” is part of a bigger Area Information Factory & Products that consists of 33 professionals and you will be working closely together with a diverse group of stakeholders. The squad is creating valuable insights/dashboards (PowerBI) and reporting solutions with an enriched cloud DataMart (information factory) with around 1,700 users around the globe. The reporting capabilities extends in delivering a monthly uniform reporting product using reporting platform technology that is under your responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

As PO you will be the owner of the Operational Risk, Compliance and Audit insights/dashboard en report products:

• Together with stakeholder draw the storyline and translate into a dashboard or standardized report.
• Be an excellent stakeholder listener, create synergy amongst Compliance, OpRisk, Legal and Audit and remove any duplication (overlap) to reach efficiency in insights/dashboard and reporting.
• Host, present and run the promotional roadshows, events on showcasing our products ( 75+ dashboards & Reports ) in a joint effort with stakeholders.
• Align and think along on target architecture and how to develop, maintain and improve our products that provide industrialized products for our stakeholders and harmonized usage of data within Tribe ORIS.
• Search for creating economies of scale on industrialised proven - and valuable information products (re-usable products).
• Enabling and co-creating Research & Analytics for exploration/testing and citizen. Research & Development to support the development of new innovative models, data and information products.
• Ensure compliant and secured products by adhering to the applicable Rabobank guardrails and executing the required Risk Control Activities.

You are responsible for managing the relationships with all stakeholders and squad members, while creating an environment in which people feel trusted and where they develop, grow and achieve the common goals.

You and your talent

• A master degree in (Business) Economics and 5-10 years of relevant experience within a banking environment as well as IT project manager/change manager in both a business and control environment (e.g. Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal and/or Audit).
• At least 2 years’ experience in Risk Management (preferably Operational risk or Compliance)
• Analytical and a proven track record in translating business- and regulatory requirements in concrete products/services.
• A proven track record in IT systems e.g. Dashboarding/Reporting with technical affinity in PowerBi, Data Management (BCBS239).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
