Connectivity services are a vital part of the ABN AMRO infrastructure, without it our customers cannot enjoy banking services, users cannot work and applications cannot send and/or receive data. It is crucial that these Connectivity services are available 24x7 and the “Network Operations Center” (NOC) ensures that they are. This NOC function has been performed by our managed service partner, but we are now transferring it to ABN AMRO and making it fit even better to ABN AMRO need as part of our journey to become an Internal Service Provider.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and run the NOC services with the IT Lead.
• Set the directions and priorities for the NOC functions (technology) and the Network Foundation team (people).
• Focus on end2end connectivity services and integrate into the Control Tower of ABN AMRO.
• Build and maintain NOC functions with balancing Agile, Kanban, and project methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner.
• Higher educational background with relevant work experience.
• Experience with Network Management technologies (e.g. Cisco Catalyst Center, Palo Alto Panorama).
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure products & services, automation, and delivery pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and strategic insight.

• Gross monthly salary ranges from € 6,793 to € 9,704 based on a 36-hour work week.
