Responsibilities
As a Program Manager within the Change Management Office, you are responsible for the successful execution of complex change projects, both within programs and independently. You effortlessly interact with stakeholders at various levels and ensure a solid project structure, from planning to business case. In a continuously changing environment, you provide direction and create support. The Change Management Office consists of about 20 experienced professionals who share a passion for change. Together we work on strategic transformations that determine the future of ICS. Open communication, collaboration, having fun, and professional development are central to our way of working.
Requirements
- HBO / WO work and thinking level with at least 8-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex programs (lead time ~12 months or longer).
- Ability to think strategically and advise upper management.
- Strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills.
- Focused on collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Good skills with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Experience with IT projects/programs is a plus.

- The gross monthly salary (min. €6,793 - max. €9,704) is based on a 36-hour work week, including holiday pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and increase are based on the knowledge, experience, and potential you bring.
- The benefit budget is 11% of your salary. If you do not make purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a month, you will receive one twelfth of your benefit budget paid out for that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to buy four additional weeks per year.
- Personal development budget of €1,000 per year. This amount can be saved up to €3,000.
