Information about the position

As part of Vinted’s Community Support team, the Project Management team is in charge of different projects and initiatives within the CS department serving as SPOC for internal and external teams.

In this position, you’ll

  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts and build relationships with critical partners across Vinted.
  • Create and implement project definitions, tasks, plans, and objectives within CS for any projects and initiatives.
  • Understand and translate CS processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts fit the purpose.
  • Work directly with product owners as a team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Constantly monitor and report on the project's progress to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions, and implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs and deadlines.
  • Prepare and ensure that project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored also, complete additional administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring good quality project management consultancy services by thoroughly understanding key needs and requirements.

About you

  • 3+ years experience in the project management environment, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-departmental involvement.
  • Confident in operating within ambiguously defined structures and able to deliver tangible results.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and analyse problems, foresee potential pitfalls and implement mitigation plans.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage within tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum) would be considered as an advantage
