Role overview

As an Integrator for the Compass use case delivery within the Finance & Risk Data value chain, you will take charge of project management and oversight. You will act as a vital connector between key stakeholders, including Business, Accounting, Reporting, Credit Risk, Change Teams (Grids), IT Functions, and enterprise and domain architects. You will coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams within the value chain, participate in day-to-day team activities while maintaining a clear overview of the entire chain, and identify inefficiencies or gaps in collaboration to improve communication and cooperation across the value chain.

Responsibilities

  • Develop program plans and detailed implementation plans.
  • Facilitate and chair meetings between project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective collaboration; focus on resolution of challenges and issues to drive progress.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines within the various dimensions of the project and act on deviations swiftly.
  • Focus on strong delivery execution through professional ways of working.
  • Track project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities and interdependencies between workstreams.
  • Report project progress and risks to senior management.
  • Manage stakeholders across different change owners and ensure alignment across the Finance & Risk data value chain.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience, including several years in regulatory change projects.
  • Bachelor or Master level education.
  • Relevant project management experience, preferably within financial institutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at senior and lower levels.
  • Familiarity with working in a regulated environment from a credit risk / finance perspective.
  • Thorough understanding of data and reporting processes and data quality considerations for large-scale implementations.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required; professional working proficiency (especially spoken) in Dutch is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale programs delivering compliant Finance & Risk data and reporting architectures is advantageous.

  • Gross monthly salary €5,847 - €8,353 (based on a 36-hour work week), including vacation pay and benefit budget.
