This role will solve some of Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership. You will shape commercial strategy through analytical rigor and first-principles thinking, and translate priorities into scalable operating models that improve seller effectiveness, drive advertiser outcomes, and accelerate revenue growth. The initial focus includes leading Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System initiatives; future projects will address other org-wide commercial challenges.

Location: Fully remote allowed, but candidates must be located within 50 miles of a Reddit hub city in North America or Europe (New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Berlin).

  • Sales Compass: Transform an early-stage seller incentives framework into a scalable operating model. Translate Reddit-wide commercial priorities into measurable seller behaviors, performance metrics, and incentives; build personalized goals and scorecards aligned with company objectives while accounting for differences across books of business, customer segments, and market opportunities.
  • Sales operating system: Design and scale the seller operating system by building workflows, playbooks, and guidance to help sellers identify highest-impact actions for every advertiser. Create a scalable operating model that simplifies complex sales motions into clear, repeatable execution paths so sellers can leverage the right resources, programs, and best practices at the right time.
  • Future strategic projects: Partner with senior sales leadership to identify and solve emerging commercial opportunities, leading ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, applying data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions and develop recommendations that influence executive decision-making and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Translate strategy into execution by designing operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that align seller behavior and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to mobilize stakeholders and deliver scalable commercial solutions.
  • Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness; refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) with the ability to navigate large datasets independently and build executive-level data narratives.
  • Comfort with data infrastructure and the ability to interpret basic SQL or leverage modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to prompt and generate queries.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills; experience leading initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams from strategy through execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a deep understanding of how organizational design, seller behavior, and operational improvements translate into customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Pay Transparency & Additional Info

  • Base salary range (U.S.): $154,700 - $252,300 USD
  • This role may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on position, could be eligible for a commission.
  • In select roles and locations, interviews may be recorded, transcribed and summarized by AI; you may opt out prior to scheduled interviews. Interview recordings are deleted promptly after hiring decisions.
