We’re looking for a Revenue Strategy & Insights Manager who will own full-funnel visibility, analyze sales performance, and deliver actionable insights to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll act as the strategic connector within RevOps, collaborating closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional RevOps peers to diagnose funnel health, forecast outcomes, and recommend optimizations. This role is about insight, foresight, and influence — not just reporting. Responsibilities
- Funnel Performance & Strategic Reporting: Own full-funnel diagnostics across all GTM motions (Inbound, Outbound, Indirect, AM). Identify drop-offs, stalled pipeline, and underperforming segments. Deliver motion-level performance insights in monthly/quarterly reviews. Develop and maintain KPI benchmarks across motions to ensure consistent performance tracking.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Analysis: Track pipeline coverage, pacing, and conversion trends. Build and refine ROI and funnel models to simulate the impact of FTE changes, metric shifts, and capacity gaps on overall revenue growth. Flag early warnings and provide "what-if" scenario planning for strategic decisions.
- Productivity & ROI Benchmarking: Benchmark & analyze rep- and team-level productivity (pipeline, opps, revenue vs. cost). Build cost-to-sell and ROI models by motion, region, and segment. Support headcount planning and goal/objective setting with data-backed recommendations.
- Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into clear calls-to-action for sales leadership and RevOps. Provide input on funnel optimization, ICP focus, and sales prioritization. Suggest AI/automation opportunities to reduce cost and increase speed.
- Customer & Expansion Insights: Surface ICP and behavioral insights from funnel data and CS feedback. Map friction & success points for cross-sell/upsell motions. Guide leadership on expansion opportunities and risk areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years in RevOps, Strategy, GTM Analytics, or Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel GTM motions (inbound, outbound, channel, AM).
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel for modeling & data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI/automation trends and interest in applying them to RevOps workflows.
- Able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration skills—especially with Enablement, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- Strong communicator—able to align tactical insights with strategic impact.
