We're seeking a dynamic, technically-savvy Sales Engineer to join our team. You'll serve as the bridge between our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams - translating complex technical requirements into compelling business value. You'll work closely with prospects and customers to deliver powerful demos, guide technical evaluations and demonstrate how our products solve real-world cybersecurity challenges. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support sales activities to mid-market or enterprise segments for two key cybersecurity products
  • Deliver high-impact product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
  • Understand customer security environments and map our solutions to their needs
  • Respond to RFIs and technical queries with clarity and precision
  • Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and feature requests
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, guiding them through the evaluation process while tailoring solutions to their needs
  • Support onboarding, configuration and ensure smooth technical handoff to post-sales teams
  • Continuously research and monitor competitors, analyzing their technical approaches, feature sets, and positioning to inform strategy and client discussions
  • Engage confidently with IT, Security, and Compliance stakeholders to understand their priorities and constraints
  • Build clear technical documentation, integration guides, and solution descriptions tailored to specific client use cases and challenges

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a cybersecurity or SaaS environment
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms, identity providers (IDPs), and access control technologies
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST) and the ability to position products within those contexts
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to dissect problems and design tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented
  • Experience supporting multiple products is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment
