As a Scrum Master IT, you will be an essential expert in enhancing cooperation within our DevOps teams and across multiple teams to manage dependencies effectively. This role is essential for driving quality and performance in a collaborative, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the integration of quality into user stories and features, ensuring it is a fundamental part of the team's workflow.
• Facilitating outcome-oriented discussions around performance metrics with teams and stakeholders to encourage accountability for improvements.
• Supporting the team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Engineers) in embedding quality practices into daily operations.
• Cultivating a generative culture within the team and ART that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic level.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in an agile software engineering environment.
• Proven experience in driving sustainable transitions, both in processes and in team mindsets and behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals and teams effectively.
• Analytically strong, proactive mindset, organization sensitivity, convincing with a positive attitude, customer-focused, enthusiastic training and facilitation skills.
• Eager to learn and improve, focusing on results and how to achieve them (both in process and in behavior), and self-reflective, teaching by example.
