  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years project management experience (high-tech industry preferred).
  • Proven track record managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers.
  • Highly collaborative; able to build and maintain relationships across departments, build consensus, escalate issues, and make trade-offs to maximize business benefit.
  • Agency experience preferred; comfortable working with creative personalities.
  • Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills; relentless attention to detail and ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to view large-scale programs at a macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting at all levels and working effectively in a matrix organization and autonomously.
  • Genuine interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., project tracking, automation platforms, data analysis tools) and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
