This role is based out of one of our hub offices: New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Los Angeles. Reddit is looking for a Measurement Lead to help advertisers succeed with priority lower funnel products. The role is part of the Marketing Sciences team within the Revenue organization and focuses on testing, learning, and improving Reddit’s measurement capabilities and ad product performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute advertising measurement and develop measurement strategy.
- Provide client consultation at scale while working closely with sales, product, and product marketing teams.
- Leverage measurement results to drive business growth across priority lower-funnel ads products; develop benchmarks, media & creative best practices, and refine/optimize audience and targeting strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Co-develop Reddit best practices with Product, PMM, GTM, and sales teams.
- Work and consult across a breadth of clients and measurement types including brand lift, conversion/sales lift, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and advertisers’ analytics teams to understand methodologies and consult on their impact on Reddit.
- Use measurement adoption to support and scale Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue.
- Support go-to-market teams with measurement expertise, industry knowledge, and insights.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, social media platform, media owner, client, or agency partner — with at least 1 year working in digital advertising.
- Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and media mix modelling (MMM).
- Knowledge of North America measurement solutions and norms.
- Knowledge of experimentation and familiarity with underlying statistical methods.
- Strong background in execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research.
- Experience working closely with and developing relationships with analytics professionals at advertisers and advertising agencies.
- Experience working with product management, go-to-market, and product marketing teams to bring new services and capabilities to life at a technology company.
- Experience working at scale, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Preferred: experience working with mid-market clients and sales teams; preferred: experience with online or direct-response oriented advertisers.
- Working knowledge of advertising technology, including ad serving, targeting, optimization, and relevant data flows.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Pay Transparency & Additional Information
- Base salary range: $167,500 - $234,500 USD.
- Eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and, depending on the position offered, may also be eligible to receive a commission.
- In select roles/locations, interviews may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized by AI; candidates can opt out prior to scheduled interviews.
