Details

Our work at NVIDIA is dedicated to a computing model focused on visual and AI computing. For two decades, NVIDIA has pioneered visual computing and the invention of the GPU. Today, NVIDIA's GPU runs deep learning algorithms powering computers, robots, and self-driving cars. The Architecture Modeling group is hiring Architects, Software Engineers, and AI application developers to work on architecture efforts across GPUs and SoCs, enabling state-of-the-art GenAI applications integrated with simulation platforms and architecture teams' workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy scalable GenAI applications that integrate with existing workflows and enhance overall productivity.
  • Use state-of-the-art AI tools and techniques to accelerate GPU/SoC architecture modeling.
  • Work with hardware architects to design, customize, and deploy AI-based solutions for specific problem domains.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to improve automated workflows by incorporating LLMs and establishing best practices.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices to evolve the development ecosystem.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience with ML/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangSmith, Claude Agent SDK, Nemo Agent Toolkit, or other AI agentic tools.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and multimodal models.
  • Background in computer architecture and modeling is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of driving issues to closure.

Compensation

  • Base salary range (Level 3): 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD.
  • Base salary range (Level 4): 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD.
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/benefits/).

Additional information

  • Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States.
  • Employment type: Full time.
  • Applications accepted at least until February 8, 2026.
