We are looking for a Senior Verification Engineer for our Memory Management Unit.
NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding ASIC Verification Engineer to verify the world’s leading GPUs. Responsibilities
- Understand the design & implementation with focus on Memory Management unit
- Define the verification scope
- Develop verification infrastructure including Testbenches, BFMs, Checkers, Monitors
- Implement test/coverage plans and verify design correctness
- Collaborate with architects, designers, software engineers across sites
- Plan and work on strategic direction of methodology for the testbench with advanced methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant work or research experience
- Exposure to Computer Architecture, ASIC design and verification methodology
- Strong skills in SystemVerilog, C and/or C++, test planning, coverage closure, reusable verification components
- Knowledge of constrained random testing, functional coverage, assertion-based verification
- Understanding of object oriented programming concepts
- Exposure to simulation tools like VCS, IES and debug tools like Debussy, GDB
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good debugging and problem solving abilities
Ways to Stand Out
- Understanding of memory subsystem micro-architecture, cache topologies, policies, memory management, interconnects, arbiter designs
- Experience with Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), SystemVerilog checkers and scoreboards, Assertion-based and Semiformal Verification
- Perl or Python knowledge

Compensation
The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 264,500 USD, determined by location, experience, and peer pay. Equity and benefits are also provided.
