Details
Reddit's Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is looking for a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that powers the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. The role requires strong expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines, and experience building and scaling dashboards. The Senior Business Analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights, partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Data Science, and help build agentic analytics tooling to accelerate GTM decision-making.
Location: Remote (United States) — must be within commuting distance of Reddit offices in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit's revenue strategy.
- Build AI-ready data foundations: develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic to power traditional dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring trusted outputs across consumption layers.
- Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Drive operational excellence: ensure on-time delivery of insights, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data models.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases; fluency in SQL required.
- 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools; experience building and scaling dashboards.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; expertise/knowledge of BigQuery.
- Experience managing ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
- Proven strategic and analytical capability: ability to translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mentality.
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.

Pay Transparency & Other Notes
- Base salary range (US): $167,500 - $234,500 USD.
- This role may be eligible for equity (restricted stock units) and, depending on the position offered, may be eligible for commission.
