View all our benefits.We are actively seeking a Business Analyst for the Treasury ALM area, specifically for the IT implementation squads. These squads play a crucial role in optimizing processes and the landscape by developing various tools and services around QRM, which is Rabobank's primary risk calculator.

Your analyses and designs ensure flawless IT fulfillment of the Risk & Finance business initiatives and requirements. As a Business Analyst, you can make a difference by providing the right direction for developing and continuously improving Asset & Liability Management IT applications. With other ALM great minds, you can spar and be challenged by different problem-solving approaches. A highly focused team on cutting-edge technology, like cloud computing, data analytics, and QRM, would create an environment for you to learn and grow as IT trends progress. You will be working on topics to improve the insights in managing the balance sheet of the Rabobank.

You can assume a lead role and manage and help all relevant stakeholders during this process. Your deliverables will facilitate decision-making at the senior management level and enable the development process of the diverse and multiple DevOps teams in the business and application chain(s).

  • Understand complex business problems, identify business/functional user requirements, and recommend how best to support them through processes and systems.
  • You play a key central role in monitoring the quality of work delivered by the Business Analysts in the development teams throughout the projects' lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements and issues into designs and specifications that align with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.

You would be working with Risk Management IT, which is positioned within the Risk & Finance IT domain and responsible for Rabobank’s backbone IT systems for the Risk and Finance business functions. Within this domain, Risk Management IT is responsible for the run and change processes of Rabobank’s Asset and Liability Applications for our Treasury Colleagues.

You and your talent

What we are looking for in you:

  • A higher School Certificate or equivalent is essential.
  • Fast experience in guiding the DevOps team to deliver in time the correct solution based on clearly written specifications.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in banking and/or financial services IT.
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in system design, development, testing and/or project implementation & planning
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis/Business Consultancy, proven track record, and fulfilling a lead business analysis role;
  • Proven track record within Financial Markets / Treasury /Asset & Liability Management (ALM) domain as a business analyst
  • Proven track record with Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk Management and/or FTP
  • Proven track record with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures;
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management;
  • Proven track record in working on large or complex projects through the full life cycle;
  • Experience in finance & risk processes as well as the technologies and data that enable them;
  • Experience in an agile environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM, and SAFe.
  • Experience with Audit, Compliance, and Operational Risk processes and general IT risks and controls.
