  • Influence C-level and VP-level executives, business owners, and IT partners to align on process transformation, data governance, and data strategy to support company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, information systems, supply chain/industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials Management, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation in MM/PP.
  • Deep functional understanding and hands-on experience with PP/MM master data (Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, ECNs, etc.).
  • Proven experience on PLM integration with SAP (e.g., PTC Windchill or similar).
  • Solid background in enterprise data governance and MDM/DQM in operations/manufacturing domains, including tools such as SAP MDG, Informatica, or Collibra.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP production support and enhancements: incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, functional design, testing and release management.
  • Familiarity with SAP custom enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, workflows) and ability to work closely with ABAP/technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience with controlled firefighter/emergency access in SAP production, including controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to work effectively with executives, business process owners, architects, developers, and global operations teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and data platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve automation, data quality, and decision-making.

Benefits
