Details

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering AI/ML Business Systems Architect to join the BSA Team within IT, working closely with internal Business Systems Architects, Business and IT teams on Engineering & Manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to transform business requirements into system-based solutions focused on Enterprise Engineering platforms.
  • Identify challenges, opportunities, and gaps in business processes and help build technology strategy and roadmap to address them.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and ML algorithm pipelines and workflows for Manufacturing systems.
  • Analyze, improve, and maintain client-server architecture and SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and business teams in cross-functional projects from requirements definition and testing to project planning and implementation.
  • Work cross-department, cross-project, and across the globe to collect requirements, build project plans, obtain approvals, and complete delivery of engineering solutions using strong communication and partnership techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, new technologies, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven 8+ years of experience building and improving enterprise-class systems through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with technologies used to analyze data and drive insights: MS SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, Azure, AWS.
  • Experience with Agile software development and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience analyzing and maintaining client-server architectures and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong logical problem solving, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Independent and motivated with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Continuous capability improvement implementation experience.

Ways to stand out

  • Background in the semiconductor / high-tech industry.
  • Experience with web technologies and architecture: HTML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
  • Knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing Applications, Lean Six Sigma, and 5 Why methodologies.

Benefits & Additional Information

  • Base salary is determined by location and experience. Published base salary ranges:
    • Level 4: 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD
    • Level 5: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
