This role is on the Supply Chain Information Technology team and is responsible for developing advanced planning solutions, data analysis, and optimization models for strategic and tactical supply chain planning while supporting existing SAP IBP / APO planning solutions. The opportunity is for NVIDIA headquarters located in Santa Clara, California.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design and deliver robust, implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements using SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Optimization and Fulfillment techniques involving both order-series and time-series planning.
- Demonstrate process improvement techniques to streamline business processes and architect solutions.
- Lead projects to implement new and improved functionalities already in use at NVIDIA in IBP.
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.
- Apply industry-best practices for data analysis and share across teams.
- Build business and product scenarios to help the business unit improve NVIDIA's profitability and market share.
- Perform testing to support system implementations and upgrades, and drive system design analysis, testing, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to deliver comprehensive supply chain planning solutions, and influence senior business leadership to adopt scalable solutions and systems/tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience architecting, designing and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience working collaboratively with business counterparts.
- Good hands-on experience with SAP IBP (supply response, optimization) and SAP APO planning solutions.
- Understanding of RTI and CI-DS interfaces with SAP IBP.
- Experience with data integration and automation in SaaS planning tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical background with a record of using analysis to deliver business results.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team, and a self-starter who can take charge of complex tasks with minimal direction.
- Ability to debug and support applications developed in SAP IBP.
Preferred / Ways to stand out
- Knowledge of Kinaxis and Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions.
- Semiconductor industry supply chain planning knowledge and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
