This role is for a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead quality assurance and knowledge management insights, transforming data into measurable actions to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-impact customer experience metrics, self-service tools, and deep analyses driving actionable insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage an analytic roadmap balancing tactical and strategic business needs
  • Identify opportunity areas for improvement through deep dive investigations and processes
  • Drive vision, building, and adoption of scalable self-service analytic capabilities
  • Utilize and understand data resources appropriately for each project
  • Break down complex business problems and recommend practical solutions
  • Monitor key performance metrics to identify actionable opportunities for performance improvement
  • Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and support analytical technologies for timely and structured data access
  • Guide code reviews and provide expertise in SQL and Python, create well-maintained ETL jobs
  • Maintain high statistical rigor, ensuring experimentation and causal analyses build stakeholder confidence

Requirements

  • 5+ years data analytics experience in operational environments focused on quality measures
  • Experience transforming unstructured data into actionable insights, agent performance management, web analytics
  • Advanced SQL and data modeling skills for large, complex datasets
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, experienced in briefing senior leadership
  • Highly collaborative, adept at securing input across cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking with ability to formulate and execute analytical solutions

Pay Range: $167,280 β€” $196,800 USD annually, with target bonus, equity, and benefits included.
