Details

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create tools and resources to help customers solve real-world challenges and transform industries without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel, with a team of over 1400 employees including more than 400 engineers.

Role overview

Nebius is hiring a Senior Developer Advocate on the Developer Relations & Community team to support AI builders — startups, AI-native scale-ups, and enterprise teams building agents and applications — to succeed on Nebius AI Cloud. You will be the technical voice developers trust, working closely with infrastructure and inference teams. You are welcome to work remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Build demos, reference architectures, and open-source examples showcasing possibilities on Nebius, with a strong focus on inference architecture, agents, enterprise workflows, and fine-tuning.
  • Create high-signal technical content: blogs, tutorials, cookbooks, videos, and conference talks.
  • Represent Nebius in the AI developer community at events, hackathons, podcasts, and online; surface builder feedback to product teams.
  • Partner with framework and tool ecosystems (PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, etc.) to make Nebius a first-class option for AI builders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building software, with recent hands-on work on infrastructure, LLM applications, and agents.
  • Strong opinions on what makes a great developer experience and the engineering chops to demonstrate them.

Nice-to-have

  • Public track record of developer-facing work (repos, posts, talks, or community projects).
  • Experience with GPU infrastructure, inference serving, or open-model ecosystems.
  • Existing relationships or contributions within the AI builder community or to popular AI/developer frameworks.

Benefits (US)

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
  • 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • Parental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Remote work reimbursement: up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.
  • Flexible working arrangements, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $175,000 - $234,000 OTE based on experience.
