Responsibilities

  • Define our offering and lead a matrixed team across product, sales, segment sales, solution architects and professional services teams.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA AI Enterprise product and segment sales teams to align on joint value proposition.
  • Lead the integration of our networking software in NVIDIA's reference architecture for AI Factories.
  • Guide NVIDIA's OEM partners to integrate our offering with their end-to-end AI Factories solutions.
  • Lead the engagements with NVIDIA Cloud Partners, OEMs and CSPs together with engineering and product teams to tune product definition.
  • Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams.
  • Track and drive the quarterly business reporting of our networking software.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 20+ overall years of shown experience driving sales enablement of networking software products.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience defining software business models in similar industries.
  • Track record of launching and growing networking software product sales through partners.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Can present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, our partners and customers.
  • Demonstrated track record in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Product and business development leadership experience with a leading datacenter networking Software supplier.
  • Intimate understanding of datacenter architectures, products, and operational tradeoffs.
  • Foundation knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, Ethernet datacenter switch, high-performance compute, RDMA over Ethernet, generative AI, LLMs, GPU accelerated computing.
  • Successfully collaborating with disparate teams across geographies in a matrix organization.
  • Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services.

The cash compensation range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
