Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, passion, and trust. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. This role leads the teams responsible for the Advertiser Platform, Campaign Management UI, API, and Business Suite β the primary business interface that allows advertisers and businesses to build, manage, and measure their presence on the platform. The position is remote within the United States (with optional hybrid/onsite preference at offices in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago).
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize a 3-year roadmap for the Advertiser Platform.
- Transition the platform by integrating automation, ML-driven recommendations, and strategy toward an agentic Ads platform.
- Own the full advertiser lifecycle, including business identity dashboards, verification, campaign creation and management workflows, targeting, and deep-funnel performance reporting.
- Lead and scale a high-performing organization of Product Managers, fostering technical excellence, user empathy, and rapid iteration.
- Act as the strategic lead across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, design-centric advertiser experience.
- Drive product strategy for internationalization and agency-specific features to capture global market share.
Requirements
- Seasoned Product Leader with at least 10 years of experience with scaled Ad Platforms/Systems.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling PM teams of 10+ individuals.
- Experience building and scaling consumer and/or Ads products, including advertiser interfaces (Campaign Managers, Business Suites, or Creative Tooling).
- Strong experience with campaign management UIs, advertiser APIs, reporting dashboards, and analytics.
- Experience owning end-to-end advertiser journeys: campaign creation, targeting workflows, verification, and performance reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to align executive-level stakeholders; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and a "can-do / no-excuses" mindset for delivering with resource constraints.
Preferred
- Specific Ads expertise with advertiser interfaces (Campaign Managers, Business Suites, Creative Tooling).
- Technical background (CS degree or previous experience as a Software Engineer).
- AI/ML proficiency, including deep understanding of leveraging LLMs and ML-driven recommendations in customer-facing solutions.
Benefits & Compensation
- 100% remote opportunity (with four office locations for hybrid/onsite preference in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago).
- Base salary range: $299,200 - $418,800 USD.
- Eligible for equity (restricted stock units) and, depending on role, may be eligible for commission.
