Information about the position

As a Senior Financial Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of data models that drive Vinted’s financial planning and reporting initiatives. You will leverage Pigment to enhance our analytics capabilities, working independently and collaboratively to solve complex challenges and contribute to our strategic objectives.

In this position, you’ll

  • Execute the design, development, and maintenance of financial data models using Pigment.
  • Solve complex modelling challenges independently and provide innovative solutions.
  • Align data models with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration (you will be working with teams from financial planning, cost management, reporting, strategy, DSA, people and more).
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data models.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and processes to ensure clarity and facilitate future enhancements.

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data modelling and analytics, specifically within financial planning and analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance principles and their application within the context of financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in at least one financial planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.) or data visualisation tool (Power BI, Looker, etc.) as a technical tool developer and/or administrator.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel, leveraging advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills and ability to execute effectively.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent at communicating in written and spoken English.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The salary range for this position is 2,983 - € 3,733 gross per month.
