As a Sr. front-end developer within the Digital Platform Consumer Banking, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience for 8 million customers. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with our digital channels, making their banking experience smoother and more intuitive. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Scrum and DevOps environment where collaboration and innovation are key. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining customer-facing software, ensuring it is both functional and user-friendly.

Our Consumer Banking area focuses on daily banking activities for personal use, offering you the chance to make a real impact.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and energetic team dedicated to enhancing the transaction timeline for consumers. This timeline offers our millions of daily customers valuable financial insights into their past transactions and allows them to look ahead at future transactions. In 2025, our team plans to introduce several innovations, such as enriching the transaction timeline with more data (e.g., logos or GPS location). With a continuous innovation mindset, we will validate these enhancements with a small group of users, iterate, improve, and scale further.
The team consists currently of 2 Front-end and 3 Back-end engineers who work mainly hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications built with Angular, Ionic, TypeScript, Webcomponents, Rxjs, Jest, Openapi, Redux, Yarn, WebdriverIO, Nx, Monorepo.
- Flexibly engage in mob programming sessions and collaborate effectively with team members, while also working independently when needed.
- Revamp the transaction timeline.
- Experiment with personalisation of the timeline.
- Help mature the team’s own brainchild product to diagnose customer issues.
- Ensure application stability, including standby shifts and automation for testing, deploying, and monitoring.
