NVIDIA's Hardware Infrastructure team is building infrastructure to deliver highly available services for scalable web applications, development environments, repositories, data streams, and data visualization frameworks. The team produces tools used across engineering for tracking, triaging, and debugging data processing flows. This role focuses on designing and building engaging, performant, and intuitive frontend applications and dashboards for complex data flows.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-facing features for modern web applications.
- Create responsive, accessible, and visually compelling UI experiences.
- Collect requirements and collaborate with end users to ensure workflows and interfaces meet their needs.
- Optimize frontend performance and scalability.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Build data visualization dashboards and interactive components for complex data flows.
Requirements
- BS (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of relevant frontend development experience.
- Proven knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue preferred, or React or Angular).
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications with high usability standards.
- Solid understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for integrating with backend services.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ways to stand out
- Demonstrable knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar).
- Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, Vuex, or equivalent).
- Background with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Storybook, etc.).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for frontend (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
- Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools (Webpack, Vite, Jenkins).
- A strong eye for design and passion for delivering polished, intuitive user experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges provided by location and level. Example ranges listed in the posting:
- Level 3: 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD
- Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
