Information about the position

The People Technology Team enables People Systems at Vinted to run efficiently and effectively. From owning and maintaining the technology that underpins HR and Talent Acquisition activities, to continuously working to elevate processes and ways of working.

As Vinted grows with new products, locations and increasing complexity there is a need to expand support to our stakeholders. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced People Systems Partner to join our Team. You will report to the People Systems & Analytics Team Lead.

In this position, you’ll do:

Systems Configuration & Maintenance

Maintain and configure People systems (Greenhouse ATS, Peakon Employee Listening Tool and other). Support with data uploads incl. bulk uploads via API. Manage API keys and Webhooks. Manage systems permissions. Test new features and enhancements.

Supporting Integrations

Partner with Integrations specialists to support them with configuring and troubleshooting on the systems side. Act as a point of contact for internal and external developers and vendors.

Documentation & Requirements

Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals, process flows and technical guides. Participate in scoping technical requirements.

Partnering with Internal stakeholders

Proactively identify opportunities for improvements, drive conversations on solution enhancements, help prioritise the impact vs effort, etc. Act as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted partner to the Talent Acquisition Operations team, People Partners team and other internal stakeholders.

About you

  • HR Technology configuration expertise with several years of experience with HR tech stack, particularly in recruiting systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes, data, and best practices.
  • Exposure to integration projects as People Technology SME.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript (AppsScript) and familiarity with APIs and webhooks. While we don’t expect you to be a software developer, some tasks may involve creating automation scripts and their maintenance.
  • Solid organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, especially Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Workday HRIS knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on maintenance experience with Greenhouse ATS is a strong advantage
