Contract role for an independent contractor to provide senior-level technical Ivalua integration and implementation support.

  • Hours/week: 40 hrs/week

  • Ends: Jan 14, 2027
  • Payrate: 50 - 93 €/hr

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical specification documents (ERDs) covering system architecture, interface mapping, and security for new implementations.
  • Lead the technical delivery of integrations (API, ETL, EAI) between Ivalua and external systems (e.g. SAP, Mulesoft, Oracle).
  • Design and execute the technical strategy migration.
  • Manage SIT and provide timely support for UAT resolution.
  • Define and oversee the technical environment strategy (Dev/QA/Prod) and manage branch synchronization across project phases.
  • Implement advanced technical configurations and complex business rules that extend standard platform capabilities.
  • Deliver the project on time.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of technical Ivalua experience with a focus on large-scale system deployments.
  • Ivalua L3 Technical Integration Certification (API, EAI, ETL).
  • Expert-level SQL.
  • Experience with integration solutions such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, cXML, EDI, JSON.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Ivalua‑to‑SAP (S/4HANA/ECC) technical connectivity patterns.
  • Ability to quickly grasp detailed processes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-turnaround environment.
  • Strong at collecting business requirements and translating them into clear deliverables, including hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications, and leading testing/UAT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Organized, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented.
