Reddit is seeking a Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights Senior Lead to drive their measurement ecosystem and manage high-impact measurement and audience partnerships. The role balances advanced technical measurement skills with senior-level partnership management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership to scale Reddit's measurement capabilities and demonstrate the value of Reddit advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution for a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement & audience partners and overseeing operational health and direct support.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and identify new partnership opportunities to ensure program integrity and growth.
  • Vet, onboard, and manage premium vendors to drive the maturity of measurement strategy and align with sales and measurement objectives.
  • Act as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders; negotiate to resolve complex roadblocks and ensure integrations are scoped and delivered.
  • Independently assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects; provide executive-level recommendations to optimize delivery and workflows.
  • Manage and deliver technology-based integrations including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools to scale measurement capabilities.
  • Evaluate industry trends and align research projects and partner program capabilities with upcoming ad product rollouts, auction design goals, and shifting business priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement—ideally within a measurement company or media owner and with a background in digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive program health and strategic revenue goals.
  • Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, and advanced methodologies such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Strong track record in end-to-end management and presentation of complex quantitative advertising research and a sophisticated understanding of ad-tech infrastructure (serving, targeting, optimization, and data flows).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate complex measurement issues to senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience at a social media platform is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments and helping the business hit revenue goals while processes are being built.

Pay Transparency

  • Base salary range for US-based candidates: $167,500 - $234,500 USD
  • Role may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on position, commission
