Responsibilities
- Design reliable, accurate, powerful, and easy-to-use dashboarding, tooling, and reporting to support Sales and operational teams
- Develop reliable, accurate data models to help define financial and business performance metrics, from source data down through user-friendly reporting layers
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop tooling and datasets in support of the needs of operational teams; provide continuous enablement for these teams to self-serve basic data needs using what Analytics & Insights constructs
- Optimize the information design across the GTM technology stack to enable the development of marketing, sales, and financial analytics
- Work closely with GTM leadership to prepare thoughtful analysis and insights for senior leadership
- Manage urgent ad-hoc data analysis and QA support requests
Requirements
- Experience in a Sales or GTM organization; familiarity with sales models like rep productivity, rep capacity, campaign influence, and quota modeling
- 5+ years of SQL experience; writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit
- 3+ years of data visualization experience with one of: Tableau, Looker, Mode Analytics, Sisense
- Experience performing production-ready, user-focused data model development and building ETLs
- Familiarity with popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce, BigQuery, dbt, NetSuite
- Excellent communication skills for senior management audiences: able to explain findings, why they matter, and recommended actions; deliver user-oriented datasets, KPIs, dashboards, and runbooks
- Previous experience with Grafana visualization, or willingness to learn
Bonus / Nice to Have
- Knowledge of financial metrics and revenue recognition
- 3+ years of production data model development
- 1+ years with Python / Spark / Scala; familiarity with statistical and machine learning packages and generating ad-hoc ETL jobs
- Project management experience
- Experience documenting datasets and tooling for MCP server ingestion, and construction of AI skills and plugins
- Experience as a user of tools such as Jira, Asana, Databricks, GitHub, Hightouch, Fivetran
Compensation and Rewards
- In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $202,244 - $242,693. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
