The company is now leveraging the potential of AI to power computers, robots, and autonomous vehicles. This role is a hands-on Senior Software Engineering Manager position focused on cultivating high-impact engineering teams that develop scalable, reliable enterprise software and services, with an emphasis on automation, self-service, and clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and expand a team focused on designing and delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents, tool calling, RAG patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build robust integrations and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS; own the full stack from infrastructure to user-facing tools.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, including co-authoring, reviewing, and shipping production code.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team responsible for the design, build, and operation of enterprise-grade software and solutions.
- Define and drive multi-quarter roadmaps for automation and AI-assisted operations and tooling.
- Plan and manage team execution: project prioritization, milestone tracking, capacity planning, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Support organizational activities including hiring, performance management, and career development for the team.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- 12+ overall years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
- Proven track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in building software solutions and automation.
- Strong hands-on skills with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, or similar).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to translate deep technical capabilities into business value.
Benefits
- Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD.
