Reddit is looking for a Measurement Lead to help our advertisers succeed on our platform. This role will be an integral part of the Marketing Sciences team and the Revenue organization — driving our value proposition to clients and partners by continuously testing, learning, and improving the power and performance of Reddit as a media platform.

Responsibilities

  • Execute advertising measurement, measurement strategy, and client consultation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate closely with Reddit’s sales, product, and product marketing teams.
  • Leverage measurement results to drive business growth for clients — develop benchmarks, media & creative best practices, and refine/optimize audience and targeting strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute mutual learning plans with clients to co-develop Reddit best practices.
  • Work across a breadth of measurement types including brand lift, conversion/sales lift, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and media mix modeling (MMM).
  • Work with measurement vendors and advertisers’ internal analytics teams to understand methodologies and consult with clients on their impact on Reddit.
  • Support go-to-market teams with measurement expertise, industry knowledge, and insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, social media platform, media owner, client, or agency partner, with at least 1 year working in digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with attitudinal survey research, offline and online sales/ROI measurement, impression/attribution/conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and media mix modeling (MMM).
  • Knowledge of North America measurement solutions, vendors, and norms.
  • Knowledge of experimentation and familiarity with underlying statistical methods.
  • Strong background in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research.
  • Experience working closely with and developing relationships with analytics professionals at advertisers and advertising agencies.
  • Experience working with measurement vendors, product management, and product marketing teams to bring new services and capabilities to life at a technology company.
  • Working knowledge of advertising technology, including ad serving, targeting, optimization, and relevant data flows.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this U.S.-based position is $167,500 - $234,500 USD. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on position, a commission. Final offers are determined by factors including skills and experience.
