Details
NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. We have a distinctive heritage of innovation powered by outstanding technology—and incredible people. Today, we’re harnessing the boundless possibilities of AI to develop the next era of computing. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work.
This role is part of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Organization. The Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst will be based in Santa Clara, California and will help work through sophisticated business opportunities across multiple functions to improve overall process/operations and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA.
Responsibilities
- Own key business processes and platforms end-to-end: understand what’s broken, craft fixes, and encourage adoption across a global partner ecosystem.
- Lead sophisticated, multi-functional projects independently: drive initiatives from collaborator intake through requirements, solution development, building, testing, and deployment, coordinating across engineering, program management, sales, and partner-facing teams.
- Translate business strategy into operational reality: determine how to turn new requirements and initiatives into scalable systems and processes for internal and external team members.
- Make decisions based on data: use program data, partner metrics, and operational signals to diagnose problems and evaluate tradeoffs.
- Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort: seek opportunities to improve operations using AI tools, automated workflows, and smarter system development.
- Serve as a domain expert: communicate to leadership, write technical specifications for a Salesforce developer, and walk partners through process changes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in channel partner programs, business operations, or a related function at a global high-technology company.
- Ability to run large, sophisticated projects from start to finish without close supervision.
- Strong requirements and documentation skills: turn unclear customer needs into a clear BRD, actionable Jira stories, and a QA plan.
- Analytical proficiency sufficient to drive decisions: interrogate data, identify signal in the noise, and build a credible argument.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches, or a clear vision for applying them to channel operations workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Ways to Stand Out
- Strong problem-definition skills and proactive boundary-setting.
- Deep channel ecosystem experience (multi-tier partner hierarchies, certification structures, rebate programs, operational machinery).
- Systems thinking rather than task thinking, accounting for downstream effects across compliance, portal experience, and reporting.
- Force multiplier mentality: document work, share findings, and raise operational standards.
- Clear, practical point of view on where AI tools move the needle in channel operations and eagerness to put that thinking into practice.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
- Eligible for equity and benefits (links to NVIDIA benefits pages provided in the posting).
Other Information
- Applications accepted at least until June 30, 2026.
- This posting is for an existing vacancy.
