Responsibilities

• Own the user experience from customer feedback all the way through to production.
• Talk to customers, define the roadmap, write clear product specs, and guide features from concept to production.
• Be fastidious with every detail of our UI, ensuring workflows and visual elements are simple and intuitive.
• Partner with Design and Engineering on building a unified design system for consistency across all Groq user experiences.
• Design innovative UI workflows through understanding of AI engineering patterns and the AI ecosystem.
• Conduct experiments and develop behavioral understanding through data and user interviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, focused on user-facing web applications.
• Strong background in UI/UX principles and design systems.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and usage analytics platforms like PostHog.
• Proven ability to launch polished user experiences in complex or technical products.
• Ability to synthesize user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Experience in AI, devtools, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Strong attention to detail to identify and track all UX bugs actively.
• Experience using tools like lovable, v0, cursor, or replit to prototype.
