Responsibilities

• Own multiple areas or one large complex area impacting multiple teams and metrics
• Develop solutions by leading cross-regional, product areas, and functional collaboration
• Drive entire product lifecycle (launch, maintenance, retirement) with cross-functional teams
• Balance and prioritize stakeholder objectives ruthlessly
• Identify and validate new strategic, user-based, and business opportunities
• Develop multi-year high-impact strategies and roadmaps

Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience
• 3 years experience taking products from conception to launch
• Skilled in managing and balancing diverse stakeholder needs
• Experienced influencing senior leadership across functions
• Proven ability handling business and technical complexity across broad product portfolios
• Ability to deliver a holistic product experience
• Fast learner with aptitude for complicated domains
• Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in technology or business-related field
• 3 years software development or engineering experience
• 1-2 years people management and technical leadership experience

The role is remote, with a pay range from $207,485 to $244,100 USD annually, plus target bonus, equity, and benefits.
