Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap working closely with engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers.
- Design and deliver crypto products advancing the MetaMask mission.
- Research user problems and keep abreast of market developments in Web3 and traditional finance.
- Drive adoption of crypto-first product features by collaborating with partners and teams across Web3 and finance.
- Shape standards for building great consumer products and educate product teams across the company.
- Lead a cross-functional team including user research, data analytics, technical writing, front end, and API developers to focus on user needs and data-driven discovery.
Requirements
- Passion for crypto/DeFi, fintech, open platforms, and equal financial opportunity.
- 5+ years product management experience, with history of driving products from discovery to launch.
- Alignment of teams and stakeholders on vision and strategy.
- Experience facilitating user research and using metrics to drive development.
- 2+ years working on consumer products in crypto or financial sectors.

- Experience building mobile, consumer-focused products.
- Familiarity with MetaMask, Ethereum, L2s, dApps, and DeFi landscape.

Salary range for US candidates is $134,000 to $186,000 USD depending on experience and skills.
