Responsibilities
- Research and understand customers in target departments (e.g., sales, support, engineering), learn their use cases, KPIs, and approach to AI-powered productivity.
- Develop departmental/solution marketing approaches including buyer personas, solution-specific messaging, outbound lead generation strategy, and partnership strategy.
- Create ROI tools and methodologies to communicate business value for solution areas.
- Build a complete set of assets for target audiences: sales enablement tools, website copy, whitepapers, demos, demand generation assets, etc.
- Deliver sales enablement and support digital and event marketing and key sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS solution product marketing; department-level product marketing experience strongly preferred.
- BA/BS in engineering, business, or a related degree, and/or MBA.
- Experience in ROI-based selling and creation of ROI-focused marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of key applications and systems used in one or more target departments.
- Stellar written and verbal communication, experience simplifying concepts and influencing stakeholders, and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for working with customers and experts to develop case studies, targeted messages, and assets.
Location & Work Policy
- This role is hybrid: 4 days a week in our San Francisco office.
- Quarterly travel is required for the role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Standard base salary range: $120,000 - $190,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

AI-First Mindset & Interview Process
- AI fluency is core to how Glean works. As part of the interview process, candidates will complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion to demonstrate how they think about, design, and use AI to drive impact in the role. Prior Glean experience is not required.
