Details
NVIDIA is seeking an ambitious and exceptionally skilled Product Program Manager for System LPU in our Engineering team located in Santa Clara, CA. This role places you at the forefront of technology and innovation and involves defining the future of computing through cross-functional product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management efforts for a given product across ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
- Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule and achievement targets; proactively elevate risks and obstacles.
- Collaborate with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues.
- Communicate product status to internal teams, including executive teams.
- Apply technical judgment when working with large, cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience partnering with firmware and software teams to define system-level milestones, align hardware/software co-development schedules, and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Familiarity working with manufacturing and test engineering teams to ensure DFM/DFT and smooth transition from development to production.
- Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
- Proven experience establishing working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
- Solid foundation in project, program, or product management, with excellent communication abilities and experience collaborating with technical leadership.
- Culture of continuous learning, process improvement, and first-principles problem solving.
- Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
- 3+ years of experience successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
- Deep understanding of product development processes, including complex infrastructure software for hyperscale data centers (coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations is highly desirable).
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in an engineering or business field.
- PM certification / training is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions):
- Level 3: 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD
- Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
- Eligible for equity and company benefits (link to NVIDIA benefits).
