Responsibilities

  • Develop product level reliability qualification plan and implement the qualifications of new NVIDIA products, including IC chips in AI, Data Center, Mobile, Automotive, Deep Learning, Graphic Processor, and System on Chip sectors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliability qualification plans and conduct qualification test programs.
  • Investigate and analyze failures and failure mechanisms, driving corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Maintain and improve reliability databases and produce clear product reliability qualification reports.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in wafer fab and packaging technologies, specifically Flip Chip BGA and COWOS.
  • Knowledge of CMOS/Fin FET device physics and reliability statistics.
  • Familiarity with industry standards like JEDEC, IPC, and AEC-Q100.
  • Proficient in reliability data analysis tools such as JMP, Weibull++, and Minitab.
  • 5+ years of experience in IC reliability.
  • BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent; MS or PhD in EE is preferable.
