NVIDIA is at the forefront of AI, developing technologies in generative models and 3D reconstruction that enable Physical AI. This role sits in a multidisciplinary team working across machine learning, software engineering, advanced algorithms, and high-performance computing to push the state of the art in neural rendering and 3D reconstruction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate innovative neural rendering approaches to expand real-world simulations into areas such as healthcare and smart infrastructure.
  • Partner with researchers to develop and evaluate prototypes for generative video creation, segmentation, video understanding, tracking, 3D reconstruction, and related areas.
  • Adapt and fine-tune generative models for rendering novel views.
  • Collaborate within a large and dynamic codebase to build robust data and ML workflows.
  • Work closely with research, model development, performance, and product teams.
  • Contribute to NVIDIA NuRec and other core NVIDIA products and libraries.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of job experience in computer graphics, computer vision, or machine learning, or equivalent experience.
  • Current with the latest research on 3D reconstruction and generative models.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge in training and optimizing models.
  • Record of developing high-quality Python code in large projects.
  • Fluent with modern ML Python libraries such as PyTorch.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including source control, testing/validation, and containerization.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and experience working in a dynamic, product- and research-focused team.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Strong coding architecture skills demonstrated through contributions to large internal or open-source projects.
  • Experience with performance analysis and optimization, particularly for GPU-accelerated workloads.
  • Experience with advanced CUDA development and optimization for graphics or vision applications.
  • History of multidisciplinary creativity and innovation, such as experience with hardware and software projects in graphics or robotics.
  • Experience in robotic systems such as autonomous vehicles or humanoid robotics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (dependent on level and location):
    • Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
    • Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
