Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely service response to meet their business demands. Our team is responsible for the Enterprise Service portfolio of service products, service tools, enablement training, service renewals, and metrics globally to support our worldwide Enterprise Customers! We are also responsible to identify and own the Enterprise Services pipeline, inclusive of support, professional, and training services. You will lead a significant portion of this services portfolio, passionate about defining and delivering strategic services to key customer and partner segments, driving it as a business, including publishing status, metrics, and service transition planning. Additionally, we deliver competitive analysis supporting the service catalog, which reflects existing services available to end users and/or partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of strategic service portfolio supporting our NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) segments.
- Perform comprehensive analyses of customer ecosystems, technology, and business resources to identify and address networking-specific service requirements.
- Drive NCP/OEM engagement, stakeholder awareness, sales reporting, and consistently lead new and repeat business opportunities through superb service and support.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of the enterprise cloud business and its ecosystem.
- Results-driven professional with a strategic and tactical approach, adept at influencing across all service business levels.
- Deep experience in Service Structures, Operations, service pricing strategies, market positioning, and various routes to market, including direct and channels.
- Proficient in channel strategy, service partner management, and process design to ensure delivery and operational excellence.
- A great teammate who engages effectively internally and externally across sales, service and operations teams, and with the global partner community.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business and/or a technical field is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in networking and service-related roles is desirable.
