Responsibilities

  • Work on infrastructure configuration, automation and testing.
  • Improve code quality, speed and deployment processes.
  • Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects.
  • Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept.
  • Search and implement effective solutions for scaling environments up or down.
  • Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes.

Requirements

  • Strong Linux knowledge.
  • Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible/SaltStack/etc.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Strong Python or Golang skills.
  • You know what IaC is and how to apply it in practice effectively.
  • Experience (and love) for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with networking protocols and fundamental knowledge of IP networking.
  • Experience working with physical resource management.

Tools You Will Use

  • Linux, Docker, Saltstack, Consul, Redis, Elasticsearch, Python / Golang.
